Design in Rome

In the summer of 2012 I had the opportunity to study abroad in Rome.
At the end of the five week program, I was able to navigate Rome using physical memories and personal landmarks I had created since my arrival. These included street art, spilled gelato, and rusted bikes. Pellegrinaggio, Italian for pilgrimage, is my hand-bound book showcasing my personal landmarks and their cardinal direction from my home in Rione XIII, Trastevere.
